What to Bring to the workshop ….

Marisa sent this to me

“Thanks for making the amazing commitment to you in joining us for the Breath and Creativity Workshop.
Here’s a few things to make your day a bit more comfortable. As you will be invited to lie on the floor, you may wish to bring a pillow or cushion. I know that Malaysia is hot but you may also want to bring a shawl or light blanket to cover yourself while you breathe. The day is all about nurturing you, so come as comfortable as you can with whatever will help you stay comfortable.
Feel free to bring in a water bottle also. You may also want to bring a small notebook to do some writing or even some colored pencils to draw!”

Namaste
Marisa
